Booking
Terms
We are an over 25 venue, however exceptions are made where a small
number of a larger party are below 25, responsibility for those
under 25 rests with party organizer, please advise us how may under
25’s are in your party.
Payment:£10.00 non-refundable deposit is required at time of confirmation of booking. Provisional bookings are held for up to 7 days. If no confirmation is received within this period the booking may be released. No provisional bookings are accepted after 30th September. The deposit paid (£10.00 per person) at the time of confirmation of booking is non-refundable. Balance payment is due 28 days from invoice or before event; whichever is sooner. The numbers detailed in our invoice shall be taken as final. Any increase in numbers shall be accommodated wherever possible and shall be invoiced accordingly.
Service is not included. It is discretionary, although a 10% service
charge is added to the drinks bill if table service for drinks is
required.
Special dietary requirements must be confirmed in writing on pre-order
forms.
