CHILLI AND GINGER CORN FED CHICKEN BREAST
8oz corn fed chicken breast in a chilli and ginger marinade on thai style egg noodles with soy and honey dressing.

LAMB LEG STEAK
marinated in fresh mint then char grilled, dressed with fruity red cabbage and red wine sauce. (£2.00 supplement.)

SALMON FILLET - Lightly poached
on pan fried rocket, pea and chorizo sausage salad with a sherry dressing.
